Shoreline Records Management Client Support

Shoreline Records Management is pleased to offer web-based support services to help you get the best results from our solutions.

By utilizing GoToMeeting’s online conferencing tool, we are able to deliver support directly from our offices, in addition to our traditional in-person support services. GoToMeeting lets clients view a support desktop and share their desktop, live and in real-time, to allow for quick troubleshooting of any issues that you may have.

 

 

Before Utilizing our GoToMeeting support services, please ensure that your PC meets the necessary requirements listed below:

  • Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 2.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
  • Windows® 2000, XP, 2003 Server or Vista
  • Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
  • Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)

Please allow about a couple of minutes prior to the start of your session for the related GoToMeeting browser extensions to download.
