utilizing GoToMeeting’s online conferencing tool, we are able to
deliver support directly from our offices, in addition to our traditional
in-person support services. GoToMeeting lets clients view a support desktop
and share their desktop, live and in real-time, to allow for quick
troubleshooting of any issues that you may have. |

Before Utilizing our GoToMeeting support services, please ensure that
your PC meets the necessary requirements listed below:
- Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 2.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
- Windows® 2000, XP, 2003 Server or Vista
- Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
- Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (recommended) (2 GB of RAM for Windows® Vista)
