Tom Doyle - President and Chief Executive Officer
Tom started Shoreline Records Management as an outsourced Service Bureau in 1998. Tom’s vision of a full service document management company with outsourced service bureau capabilities, complex solution integration and implementation expertise and a best practice approach to business processes provided the strategic rationale for a merger with Micro Network Systems, Inc. in 1999. From 1995 to 1998, Tom was an owner and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of a Commercial Printer. Prior to that, Mr. Doyle held various positions in accounting, computer programming and systems administration.
Michael Thomas is the Director of Solution Development of Shoreline Records Management, Inc. In his capacity, Mike directs the firms Project-Based initiatives for large, global organizations. Mike's industry expertise is in Financial Services and he is leading the Company's rollout, of Advanced Capture Technology and Consulting & Business Process Improvement Services, to the Global 2000. Mike is a subject matter expert in Advanced Capture and Workflow, specifically in the lending and securities markets.

Thomas J. Olivieri - Chief Technology Officer
Thomas Olivieri is the Director of Professional Services of Shoreline Records Management, Inc. In 1993, Tom founded Micro Network Systems, Inc. and was its President until its merger with Shoreline Records Management, Inc. Under Tom’s leadership, Micro Network was an early leader in the emerging Document Management industry. The Company focused on providing hardware and software solutions specific to Imaging and Storage. Prior to founding Micro Network Systems, Inc., Mr. Olivieri was a systems analyst and project manager in the banking industry. Tom’s expertise lies in solving complex technical problems and the management and execution of projects.
Alan Schatten, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Shoreline Records Management, Inc. Alan is also the Founder and President of The Schatten Group, LLC. Alan’s experience includes his role as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Live On Line, Inc., which was sold in 2000 to Cable and Wireless, PLC. Live On Line was a nationally recognized internet broadcaster and one of the few profitable internet companies to be successfully integrated into a multinational telecommunications corporation. Alan’s expertise lies in managing growth, developing and leveraging strategic relationships, identifying best practice opportunities and finance.
